The point is to inflict self-induced hypocapnia (lowered amount of carbon dioxide in your blood) generally by hyperventilation.
Or to strangulate yourself, causing you too black out from lack of oxygen to your brain.

All for a brief intoxication/high, fucking retards.

I really don't understand how people can play such a "game" (if you can honestly call it that), the chance of brain damage or even death is so high. All for a brief high.
