Female Guitarists.

Now i find it funny how Guys who play guitar think they're the shit,
But any girl who plays, can't play at all. They are many great girl guitarists out there, Look them up, Pat benetar, shes a legend wether you like it or not. Anti-hero, Grunge band from Canada, Kittie,And Bif Naked. They are ALL just as good as any guy out there in the industry. Anyone who is as narrow minded as shown above, Can't play guitar themselves.
There is NO reason why girls can't play as well as guys. We have the same intellectual capacity, we function the same, so why is it that you always hear guys boasting about their "better playing skills?"
Males are dominant players. Put two beginner guitarists together in a jam session, one male and one female. I can almost guarentee the male will try to dominate the session. Men have a natural instinct to overshadow females in the same activity. (This of course is not true for everyone, but I'm talking generally here) The female does not have the opportunity to do her thing, therefore putting her back, and making her feel insignificant in the session. This doesn't allow her to progress her skills, leaving her stranded on what to do next. People are easily intimidated on the guitar, and when the females are probably always feeling intimidated they can't get out there and do their stuff. Believe me, I've had that from constant experiences.
It really has nothing to do with skills, its all mind over matter, and one day a girl will prove them wrong.
